This revolutionary resistance device is easy to use
and has many benefits. The athlete wears a waistbelt that attaches to a break-away strap at his back with Velcro on both sides.
The coach or trainer holds the strap with one hand to apply resistance and can pull the Velcro release cable with the other
hand. Use the “POP Method” to improve explosive starts and jumps. The athlete’s movement
pulls the Velcro away from the strap immediately. Use the “Dot RIP method” to overload a phase
of action instead of a single point. The trainer restrains the athlete until he wants the “BREAK-AWAY” to occur.
